Step through and you're in your own private mini-resort: a swimming pool surrounded by a sun lawn, a grass volleyball and badminton court, a basketball hoop, hammocks, shaded palapas — and fruit trees heavy with organic bananas, papayas, starfruit, and mango, ready to pick.

Three en-suite bedrooms with air conditioning and dedicated workspaces make the home as functional as it is beautiful. Starlink WiFi provides the strongest internet connection available in La Punta — ideal for remote work without compromise. Two breezy rooftop palapas frame the view in both directions: one toward the sunrise mountains, the other toward the open Pacific. The fourth-floor sunset deck requires a daily climb — consider it your built-in Stair Master, and worth every step.
