Ellie Hanson - Former CPA in the US focuses on delivering the highest quality recording keeping. Manages the team. Speaks both English and Spanish, is a US Citizen with a permanent Mexican Visa and is legally allowed to work in Mexico.

Galo Garcia Lopez - Mexican citizen who runs our maintenance team. Focus on keeping your properties in the condition you expect. Works directly with vendors to get you the best price and the best quality work.

Margarita Diaz Robles - Housekeeping manager. We can offer you housekeeping services or we can work directly with your current housekeeper. Whatever you prefer, Margarita will ensure good communication, good team spirit and the highest cleaning standards.

Services offered:

Home administration: This includes coordinating with staff, paying your bills and making sure your house is kept up to your standards. Prices vary based on needs and the size of your home. 3000 MXN monthly minimum

Rental management + Home administration: Everything included in home administration PLUS finding and vetting your renters, managing their entire stay and ensuring problems are solved quickly. Monthly accounting reports. Taxes. Cost: 15% of the gross rentals. Monthly minimum applies for months the home is not rented.

Exterior administration for condos or home groups: We are able to manage your common areas including staff and bills. Monthly accounting reports. Prices vary on needs and the number of homes included. 3000 MXN monthly minimum
