Welcome to Villa Bohemia! A new, stylish and stunning 3 bedroom villa with 24 hour security. Perched on a cliff overlooking the Pacific Ocean you'll immerse in the relaxation and romance of your own private pool while watching the whales and turtles swim. Please note as of July 31, 2022 Phase 2 construction continues behind our building. We need to walk through this construction to reach our building but guests report no noise or disturbance.

You’ll have a private dipping pool, three bedrooms (King/Queen/Double), two full bathrooms, two hammocks, A/C in all the bedrooms, and very good WIFI throughout. Perfectly located between 5 beaches and close to all restaurants and amenities. Enjoy a margarita while also drinking in the panoramic view of the whales and the waves of Zicatela beach from your huge terrace. Every detail thoughtfully considered for a most comfortable vacation. Our neighborhood, El Faro, is in the perfect location of Puerto Escondido. Equal distance from your practically empty walking beach at Playa Bacoccho and world class Surf beach Playa Zicatella with all the shopping and restaurants in The Rinconada less than 1 km away. 10 minutes to walk to Playa Manzanillo where you can step out into the water and snorkle. 10 minutes to walk to The Adoquin with its shopping and night market. Less than 10 minutes in a taxi to downtown and the main grocery store. 15 minutes in a taxi to the Mercado with its local Mexican flare and authentic food. We are in the heart of Puerto Escondido!

5 minutes by taxi from the airport or bus station. If you enjoy the heat it is easy to walk anywhere you want to go. But getting a taxi is 1 block away and you almost never have to wait more than a few minutes for the next taxi to come (or you can call our favorite taxi driver). A taxi almost anywhere in Puerto should only cost you 50 pesos.

Other things to note

Please note as of February 10, 2022 Phase 2 construction directly behind the building has begun. You need to expect noise disturbances every working day. Price has been adjusted to compensate.
